A Word or Two from the Investor
We wanted to develop a community with an aesthetic and architecture which would blend in with its surroundings, as though it has been there for years, not a space that recently infiltrated the landscape.
Colourful Mediterranean tiles and façades covered in part with stone, rustic brick incorporating warm, earth tones are the elements that dominate this development.
We though “this area is a beautiful spot in Serbia’s Šumadija region and the mountains are as breathless as the landscapes of the Tuscan hills, which is what inspired us while planning this development”.
These days, nature in itself is a luxury and when we combine it with fresh, clean air, the sound of birds chirping while sipping that first cup of morning coffee, listening to the sound of content children playing freely in these picturesque surroundings…there is nothing quite like it. With this idea in mind, we dreamed up a community in which the entire family can enjoy each part of their day, every day. We planned a large amount of space in which our loved ones can spend time in nature with their peers, being physically active, exercising both body and mind. This is a space in which grown-ups can ‘play’ as well, but most importantly, we dreamed up these properties and all the amenities that go along with them, in the hope that they will come to feel like ‘home’.
The idea is not to turn Casa Maiac into a permanent residence straight away but rather a place to get away to experience the beauty of the magic of nature, when the pace of city life becomes too much. All you need to decide is how long you wish to stay.
